This variety of green chili pepper is widely cultivated in the northern regions of the peninsula.

The plant grows to a height of about 65-70 cm, with small, narrow leaves.

The peppers are long, measuring approximately 15-20 cm, tapering to a point with a smooth surface.

Ideal for cultivation, these peppers should be sown from January to May in seedbeds, in warm beds, or trays for later transplanting.

They are ready to transplant when the seedlings reach about 15 cm in height.

Harvesting begins in June-July when the peppers display a characteristic green-yellow hue, indicative of this variety before full ripeness.

Perfect for traditional dishes, these peppers add flavor and spice to any meal.
