At detodo.shop, we work hard to ensure that all orders arrive in perfect condition and within the expected delivery timeframe. However, we understand that issues may occasionally occur during shipping or with the products themselves. Here's how to proceed in each case:
📦 Is your order damaged or incomplete?
If your order arrives with any issues (damaged, defective, incomplete, or showing signs of tampering), don’t worry.
📬 Write to us at info@detodo.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order, including:

We’ll offer you the best possible solution quickly and efficiently.
💡 Important: Always keep the original shipping packaging, including the courier label, as it may be needed to process the claim.
🔁 Do you want to return one or more products?
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can exercise your right of withdrawal.
⏳ You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return.
Products must be in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories. To request a return:

Once we receive and inspect the returned items to ensure they are in good condition, we will issue the refund using the same payment method you used when placing the order.

🛠️ Need to claim a warranty?
All products sold at detodo.shop come with a legal warranty in accordance with applicable regulations, valid for 2 years from the delivery date (unless otherwise specified on the product page).

🔍 Please note that the warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

In the case of tech products, the warranty does not cover virus removal, reinstallation of software, or data recovery.
Additionally, the warranty will be void if:

The invoice or product details are modified or tampered with.

The product is repaired or altered by unauthorized personnel.
🔄 If the product is from a third-party brand or manufacturer, you can also contact them directly to manage the warranty, as long as you keep all related documentation.
💸 When will you receive your refund?
If a refund (full or partial) has been approved, it will be processed using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Refunds are typically received within 2 to 5 business days after confirmation.
📬 If you haven’t received your refund within that time frame, contact us at info@detodo.shop and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.
If you no longer have access to the original payment method, please let us know in your email.
